The experience gained over the years and the complex challenges faced together with our customers have made it possible to continuously experiment with the use of materials and structures on the market.

Our own internal production team and a reliable network of collaborators and suppliers who play an active role in our engineering processes provide ongoing support, alongside the technical department, so that we can meet the customer's design requirements.

Machinery

Along with a complete range of traditional machinery, we have a 5-axis CNC machining center for the most complex operations, a 3-axis machining center for "nesting" operations, which optimize the use of material by reducing waste and saving on costs and processing times, as well as a painting plant with pressurized booth and drying room.

Alongside the account execs and the technical department, who support the customer on a daily basis, the production chain includes an internal team of expert woodworkers specialized in various construction methods. Large warehouses dedicated to completed products, furniture, and rental materials, and an administrative office and logistics facility make it possible to provide ready and reliable responses to any evenutality.

To maximize the material and construction options and to verify the correct execution of particular design challenges, mock-ups and pre-assemblies are made with the customer’s involvement, so that the final result of the idea can be verified beforehand.

Allestimenti Benfenati is not just about woodworking. We coordinate an established network of partners in the fields of carpentry, plastic, glass and textiles, graphics and lighting engineering, all of whom report directly to our headquarters to give the customer quick and straightforward feedback.
